Why did we put this together?
We created this calendar to help Security Managers and Security Awareness Programme Managers integrate it into their cyber security training or use it as a standalone programme. We noticed a gap in corporate communication plans. We wanted to provide a comprehensive internal communication calendar for building a mature Security Culture in an organisation through regular training experiences and coordinated communications throughout the year.
Training content and regular phishing are a great start to any programme - but a coordinated communications campaign and regular training experiences throughout a 12-month period is the only way to truly build a mature security culture in an organisation.
How to use our communication programme

Our communication calendar is updated quarterly with a range of content.

Plan your cyber security training for the year ahead efficiently.

Colour-coded calendar simplifies differentiation of resources, campaigns, and key cyber security dates.

Simulated phishing and training campaigns have designated start/end dates with intent descriptions.
How to use our content
It is important to note that the use of our content is free and our downloadables are presented in various forms and specifications.
You can utilise these resources as you see fit and slot into your communications channels throughout your organisation.
For example: Cyber Security Awareness Month's Campaign
The number of downloadables for this campaign totals to five.
An organisation may utilise this content over four weeks and use an email blast per week to deliver the content to their employees. They may opt to use the infographics as office posters and on the boardroom television screens. Additionally, the carousels may be used as PC screensavers as well as sent to internal team instant messaging platforms as a PDF.
